We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen the quality standards of complex Offshore and Defence vessel projects. If you have in-depth knowledge of ISO standards and AQAP guidelines and want to make an impact in a global maritime company, this role is for you.

As Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you drive the development and implementation of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). You ensure compliance with civil and military quality standards, including ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110, 2210, and 2105. You work closely with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to embed quality in all processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS according to AQAP 2110, 2210, and 2105.
• Lead internal and external audits, including those by defence clients and certification bodies.
• Set up an organization-wide quality structure for NATO and defence projects.
• Advise management and project teams on compliance, risks, and improvements.
• Coach QA teams and raise quality awareness across the company.
• Act as the main contact for external stakeholders on quality matters.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Maritime, Industrial Design, or Technical Business Administration.
• Several years of QA experience in a complex technical production environment. Background as Business Analyst or PMO is also relevant.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and preferably AQAP guidelines (2110, 2210, 2105).
• Experience with defence projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
