In this independent and tactical-strategic role as an HR Business Partner, you work on impactful projects such as job evaluation, performance management, and digitalization, within a growing, informal organization in Amsterdam. You are given plenty of room for initiative and work closely together in a close-knit HR team.
De functie
In this role, you truly make an impact. As an experienced HR professional, you operate independently and with vision within a dynamic and evolving organization. You're stepping into a position that offers plenty of room to make a real difference, where your experience and initiative are essential. By nature, you're someone who doesn’t wait around, but thinks ahead, takes action, and follows through.
You bridge the gap between people and the organization, working on meaningful topics. These include updating job profiles, developing a clear job evaluation system, linking performance management to compensation and annual reviews, and setting up a transparent salary structure. You also actively contribute ideas around digitizing and optimizing HR processes.
As a point of contact for managers, you provide professional advice on a wide range of HR issues. You analyze data, identify patterns, and use these insights to strengthen HR policy. In addition, you're closely involved in implementing HR tools that add real value for both employees and management. You contribute to positioning HR as a strategic partner within the organization.
Together with your colleagues, including an HR Manager, HR Advisor, recruiters, and an office manager you’re part of a close-knit team working on a future-focused HR approach, where quality and innovation are at the heart of everything you do.

Jouw profiel
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Knowledge of the Ducth Labor Law
- Good command of the English language. Dutch is a plus
- You see opportunities and actively think along about improvement and optimization of processes
