Who are we?We are Delfion! 👋 We believe that to get the most out of a day, basic amenities such as a shower, kitchen, or hot water are essential. With our emergency provisions, we can contribute to solving societal challenges. Think of care showers for the elderly, temporary hot water facilities during sustainability projects, and emergency sanitary facilities for crisis situations.
Our office in Delft is looking for a Customer Support Agent. Do you want to be part of a young and friendly team and make people happy with an emergency shower? Then this position is suitable for you!
What does it involve?
As a Working Student in Planning & Customer Service, you bring a smile to our customers' faces by providing excellent service. You serve as the first point of contact for our customers, making you the face/voice of our company. You optimize the routes for the service engineers as efficiently as possible! You work together in a close-knit team that not only gets things done but also shares a lot of laughs.
What does your workday look like?
- You arrive at our beautiful headquarters on Bellweg in Delft, just a 5-minute bike ride from the TU Delft campus/city center.
- While enjoying coffee/drinks or a snack, you start the morning with a brief task distribution between you and your colleagues.
- Then you answer customer questions that have come in and keep yourself busy with scheduling/rescheduling appointments.
- During lunch, you enjoy your well-deserved break and chat pleasantly with colleagues.
- Afterwards, you spend the rest of the afternoon doing your utmost to handle all questions/appointments.
- You end the day with a handover.
Who are you?
- You are available 8-28 hours per week;
- You speak fluent German
- You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- You have a basic level of Dutch
- Interested in earning some extra money;
- You work accurately and solution-oriented
- You enjoy working in a team
- You love to create a good atmosphere
