For our client, we are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist who manages the entire HR process, from the employee lifecycle and compliance to compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. You will work closely with employees and managers in a small, international team, contributing to HR initiatives both strategically and operationally.

Omschrijving

HR General:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle: contracting, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
  • Serve as first point of contact for questions regarding HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, performance review documents, and confirmation letters
  • Monitor contracts, coordinate renewals, and maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate leave and absence administration, including sick leave and long-term absences
  • Advise on employee relations and support conflict resolution
  • Support HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Act as a Workday super-user and assist with implementation

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Contribute to salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and reward structures
  • Support payroll administration and payroll checks
  • Manage and communicate insurance, pension, and local benefits programs
  • Provide HR reports and metrics to support business planning

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an international environment, including experience with Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws, social security, and HR compliance
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Workday is a plus (implementation and super-user)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
