Functieomschrijving

Ready for a crucial role in the data transformation of a global brand? We are looking for four Senior Supply Chain Reporting Analysts for Nike's EMEA headquarters.

You are stepping in at a dynamic and critical moment: Nike is about to transition to S/4 HANA (code name: SEC). Your mission is to successfully transfer, validate, and secure the data, reports, and analytics during and after the 'go-live' in January.

This is a high-impact project role with a clear deadline, starting immediately until May 31st, 2026.

what we offer
  • €26 - €40 based on experience
  • Nike, EHQ (Hilversum)
  • Assingment till May 2026
  • 40 hours per week
who are you

You are an analytical expert who not only understands data but also grasps the business context of the supply chain.

What you bring in terms of soft skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written; English is the working language).
- A true team player who easily liaises with stakeholders (such as Planning, Finance, and Marketplace teams).
- Flexible, eager to learn, and you handle change well (essential in a project environment).
- Knowledge of Alteryx or Python is a big plus.

Additionally, the following requirements are the hard skills (must-haves):

  • Advanced knowledge of and proven experience with Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • You are an expert in SQL and Excel; this is a hard requirement.
  • Experience within Supply Chain Planning & Operations, preferably in an (omnichannel) retail environment.
  • You understand KPIs, can find root causes (root cause analysis), and translate complex data into tangible, visual insights.
what will you do

You will become part of Nike's Supply Chain Seasonal Excellence team. This team is the brain behind a smooth flow of goods in the EMEA region, focusing on product availability, inventory management, and logistic efficiency. Within this team, the Reporting & Analytics branch focuses on:
- Building smart reports and analytics solutions.
- Supporting the business with BI, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Measuring the 'health' of the business by visualizing the right KPIs.
- Translating data into a clear story for stakeholders.

Your core responsibility is to successfully integrate the data and reports within the new S/4 HANA environment. Your tasks include:

  • Go-Live & Hypercare: You will prepare the 'go-live' and provide crucial support during the 'hypercare' period (the intensive support phase just after going live) to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Data Remediation: You will lead the efforts to clean, correct, and align data with the new data sources.
  • Testing & Validation: You will actively test and validate the connections to the live data environments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Data Integration: You will link existing and new data sources so that teams have seamless access to the right information.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: You will flexibly support the business with on-demand data analysis during this busy transition period.
  • Optimization: You will assess the current reports and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation within the new structure.
  • (Potentially) You will support the transition to Databricks.
where will you work

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

  • A challenging assignment at one of the world's most famous and inspiring brands.
  • An opportunity to contribute directly to one of the largest business transformations within Nike EMEA.
  • Access to the gym facilities on campus.
  • Commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km.
  • 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year.
  • Diverse team.
  • Work from home allowance of €5 per day on days you are working from home.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance.
