Drive the energy transition forward as a High-Voltage Power Line Site Supervisor! where your coordination and leadership will directly impact the safety, quality, and progress of vital infrastructure projects.
Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on High-Voltage Power Line Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on high-voltage infrastructure projects throughout the Southern and Central Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth collaboration between subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and international partners.
With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you will organize and coordinate all operational activities, contributing to the successful execution of either multiple small-scale or one large complex project.
As part of the High-Voltage Power Lines department, you’ll have the autonomy to lead day-to-day operations while working closely with the project manager and work planner to ensure alignment with project goals. You'll also engage directly with an international subcontractor, supporting clear communication and seamless coordination. Whether it's monitoring on-site risks, performing quality checks, updating project records, or managing temporary traffic arrangements, your leadership will be central to keeping everything on track.

- Completed technical vocational training (MBO level or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a site executor or in a similar role.
- Experience working on high-voltage projects
- Strong command of both Dutch and English (due to international project collaboration).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Confident leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with international teams.
- A hands-on attitude with a focus on achieving project goals efficiently and safely.
