This role is key in ensuring smooth order processing and customer support in a dynamic environment. This is how you will make the difference
As an Order Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless transactions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. Your role involves managing order mailboxes, handling discrepancies, monitoring invoicing, booking credit notes, and supporting sales teams. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining structured communication between departments and ensuring top-tier customer service. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s order management system and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What you bring
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Entry Employee who thrives in an organized and fast-paced environment. Additionally: ✔ MBO-level education or equivalent work experience. ✔ Experience in order processing, sales support, or administrative roles. ✔ Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). ✔ Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written). ✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. ✔ Experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus. ✔ Strong attention to accuracy, problem-solving, and efficiency. ✔ Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
