Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade & Leonardo Hotel Den Haag Babylon are looking for an experienced and confident Assistent Front Office Manager who thrives on variety, leads with calm authority.

THIS IS YOU

  • You bring at least 2 years of Front Office leadership experience, ideally in a busy hotel environment in- or around The Hague
  • You are a strong people manager who knows how to coach, motivate, and empower your team.
  • You stay calm under pressure, tackle challenges with confidence, and turn stress into structure.
  • You bring a commercial mindset, using your creativity to help achieve revenue goals and improve the guest journey.
  • You lead by example, thrive in collaboration, and are always looking for ways to grow.
  • You speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you are the right hand of the Front Office Manager, taking ownership over the daily operation while helping shape a culture of service, growth, and performance excellence. You are hands-on, visible, and proactive – ensuring smooth check-ins, happy teams, and five-star service at all times.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading and coaching the Front Office team with energy and empathy.
  • Taking charge during shifts, making decisions, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Turning guest feedback and operational insights into actions and improvements.
  • Driving commercial performance by upselling, optimizing procedures, and delivering wow moments.
  • Playing a key role in the training, onboarding, and development of your team.
