Are you passionate about finance systems, digital transformation, and driving excellence through data and process integration? We are looking for a Business Analyst-Finance to support our global transformation programme within the consumer products industry.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the finance systems landscape of the future. That means you will bridge business and technology, ensuring that financial control and planning processes are efficiently enabled through SAP and complementary solutions.

• Understand and document finance processes such as accounting, payments, assets, and costing;
• Support system setup and data integration between SAP S/4HANA and other tools;
• Map data flows and check data quality and consistency;
• Prepare documentation, test scenarios, and user guides;
• Help business users during testing and system go-live;
• Work closely with finance, IT, and data teams to solve issues and improve processes.

• Competitive salary based on experience between € 5,200 and €6,700 (travel costs included);

Our client is a global leader in the consumer products industry, known for innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability. The Finance Transformation team plays a key role in redefining how financial data and systems support business growth across global markets.

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst;
• SAP S/4HANA experience: data requirements, system integrations, structures and process designs;
• Good understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Tax, Costing);
• Experience with data or system integration (ERP, CRM, Reporting);
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is a plus;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.;
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude;
• Experience in the consumer products industry is a plus.
