Description
As a Learning & Development you will be doing the following tasks:
- Ensure an up-to-date organisational structure throughout the HR system landscape (SuccessFactors and Kronos)
- Administrate positions, organisational units, relationships and management lines in SuccessFactors and downstream systems (create stores, new positions and establish new relationships between those)
- Act as first point of contact for ad-hoc changes and incident management of the organisational structure
Profile
- 1 year of experience within HR admin;
- Must experience with HR System:SuccessFactors
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus;
- 38 hours availability;
- Per immediately - start ASAP;
- The office location is Zwaagdijk-Oost;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.

- Salary:3000 euros (gross based on 38 hours);
