Team Leader Production

With your talent, you can turn any team into a well-oiled machine! You have the capabilities to maintain insight and overview of the continuity of the production process from a distance and to give your team members the necessary personal attention on the work floor! In addition to focusing on your team, you participate in efficiency and improvement projects and facilitating test productions. For our location in Veenendaal, you are responsible for optimal staffing, management and guidance of your team and temporary workers.

As a Production Team Leader you are successful by:
• If you facilitate, guide and develop your team in a coaching style of leadership, with an eye for the team, processes, quality and results
• Make future-oriented decisions that contribute to an optimal layout and presence of people, machines and materials
• Assessment of the planning for production feasibility, in consultation with the production planner and production manager
• Identify and proactively respond to deviations during production
• Creating the right balance between organizational goals, team interests and individual employees
• Set a good example by communicating company, absenteeism and occupational health and safety policies in a positive manner
• Contribute to our continuous improvement program and strive for World Class Manufacturing with your team
SanoRice is the largest private label producer of puffed rice, corn and multigrain waffles in the world. A large variety of high-quality rice products are produced annually in the modern factory in Veenendaal. Other raw materials such as corn, spelt, buckwheat, oats and quinoa are also processed into various cakes. Approximately 80% of the waffles produced by SanoRice are exported (under private label).
