Inthisrole,youwillleadmultiplediverseprojects thatleverage space technologies andcontributetoproduct andservice development for Defence,Space,andCriticalInfrastructure.Ourteamdevelops advancedsolutions,forexampleforsatellitedataprocessing,bothonboardsatellitesandon-ground,andforphasedarrayantenna technologiesforspaceweathermonitoringandsatellitesurveillanceand tracking. AsaProjectManager,yourmaintaskwillbetoensurethattechnology developmentprojectsaredeliveredontimeandwithinbudget,meeting theprojectgoalswithhighquality.Thispositionofferstheopportunityto leadmultidisciplinaryprojectteams,shapenext-generationISRandSSA technologies,anddriveinnovationinadynamic,high-techenvironment. Youwillbecoordinatingbetweenengineeringteams,stakeholders and customers in a challenging environment, where Space and Defence applications demand robust, high-performance solutions.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they contribute to the overall product and service development roadmaps and company objectives.
• Engagewithinternal teams, customers, and external partners to defineclearprojectobjectivesandensurealignmentwithtechnical andbusinesspriorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive the development, integration,andvalidationof ISRandSSA technologies,spanning bothsoftwareandhardware.
• Defineandimplementprojectplans,includingtimelines,resource allocation,andriskmanagement,toensuresuccessfulexecution.
• Proactivelyidentify andmitigate risks, track progress, and drive timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Master's degree preferably in a technical field, or equivalent experience in managing complex technical projects.
• Atleast 3 yearsof projectmanagementexperience,preferablyin the Defence sector, leading multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomesin ahigh-techdomain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigategovernment,Defence,andindustrypartnerships.
• AffinityforworkingintheDefencesector,withtheabilitytoobtain Dutch,NATO,or EUsecurityclearances(required).
• FluencyinEnglish and Dutch.
