Administrative Employee | Temporary

You make sure documents are complete, deviations are followed up and information is recorded in the right place. You will not spend all your time behind a computer: you will also regularly be on the production floor and work with different teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Checking production and quality documents;
• Registering and following up on deviations;
• Processing, scanning and archiving documents;
• Creating reports and overviews in Excel;
• Working with Teams, Word and PowerPoint;
• Supporting audits, inspections and improvement activities;
• Assisting with training on quality and food safety.

• € 17,- to € 20,- per hour, depending on your experience;
• A temporary position for 4 to 6 months;
• A varied role combining administration and production;

• You are accurate and reliable;
• You can work independently and in a structured way;
• You have experience with Excel and Microsoft Office;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• An interest in quality, food or production is a plus.
