- MBO/HBO work and thinking level
- Experience (+5 years) as a CNC miller or tuner in plastics or metalworking
- Experience (3-5 years) with external programming of 3 and 5-axis milling or turning machines
- Knowledge of and experience with One CNC is a plus
- Good command of the English and Dutch language
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work independently
- Well-organized and structured in your work
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive and eager to continuously improve processes

Working with advanced CNC machines, you are responsible for setting up, operating and optimizing production processes. You collaborate closely with programmers, engineers and quality colleagues to deliver precision parts that meet customer expectations.
Your Responsibilities- Writing, adapting and optimising CNC programs.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders and specifications.
- Setting up CNC mills and/or lathes machines.
- Monitoring the quality of products during the production process.
- Resolving deviations in the production process that result from programming.
- Contributing to improvements in the production process.
- Reporting progress and deviations to supervisor or work preparation.
You will be part of a skilled and motivated production team within HQ Plastics.
