You will welcome international guests, manage the reception independently, and maintain a safe, warm atmosphere during the night. Hostelle Amsterdam, a women-only hostel, is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team for three shifts per week, including both weekday and weekend shifts.
Working Hours

- Evening shift: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Overnight shift: 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Assisting guests with questions and resolving any issues
- Keeping the reception and common areas clean and organized
- Managing and monitoring the guest laundry facilities
- Handling situations independently during night shifts
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests

Requirements- Available during December, including Christmas and/or New Year’s Eve
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently at night
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Good command of English
- A part-time position
