Growing Specialist Hydrangea

What you'll be doing
As a Hydrangea Cultivation Worker, you are responsible for the daily care and development of the hydrangeas. You closely monitor the crops and adjust the cultivation process whenever necessary. This includes managing watering, climate control, and the development of the plants.
You work independently and have a great deal of freedom in carrying out your tasks. If you see that something could be done better or more efficiently, you are encouraged to take action and share your ideas. You will also contribute ideas for new ways to further improve the cultivation process.
You will join a team with extensive knowledge and experience. Whether you are a junior, mid-level, or senior professional, there is plenty of room to develop your skills and gradually take on more responsibility.

The ideal candidate

• Has experience in crop cultivation
• Has a keen eye for crop development
• Enjoys contributing ideas for improvements and innovation
• Can work independently and takes responsibility
• Is eager to learn and open to new ideas
• Is willing to work weekends as well, approximately once every three weeks

Where you'll work
The company you will be working for is a hydrangea grower with many different varieties. In total, the company has 18 hectares of land, divided between greenhouses and outdoor fields.
