Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading luxury yachts, both at client locations and at the shipyard. You are the first point of contact for clients with service needs, ensuring that every issue is resolved quickly, professionally, and to the highest standards.

• Performing maintenance and repairs on yachts, both on-site and in the workshop
• Independently troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Installing and upgrading systems on yachts worldwide
• Communicating with clients to understand and resolve technical issues
• Documenting your work and maintaining accurate service records

Service and technology are your passion. You’re customer-focused, precise, and have an eye for detail. You always think one step ahead and look for ways to improve.

• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in yacht service and maintenance, or with comparable technical systems
• A precise working style and a love for high-end technology
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch
• Eager to learn and grow in your profession

Experience in the yacht industry is a plus, but if you bring strong technical expertise from another sector, we’d love to hear from you too!

• A competitive salary between €3.000,- and €3.900,- per month
• A schedule of 218 working days per year
• A one-year contract with a one-month trial period, with the intention to extend
• A collective labor agreement (Metalektro)
