Corporate Recruiter

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment
• Strong command of both Dutch and English
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Able to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle

• You build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers with ease
• You take initiative and proactively move things forward
• You work in a structured way and maintain oversight, even when priorities shift
• You are comfortable providing advice and asking critical questions
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You can adapt your approach when working with stakeholders at different levels
• You are curious by nature and continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to hire
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and labour market approaches
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous recruitment improvements

You will join a small HR & Recruitment team within an international high-tech manufacturing organization. Communication lines are short, decisions are made quickly, and you will have direct contact with the managers you support.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge, while also giving you the autonomy and ownership to manage your own recruitment portfolio. There is room to ask questions, introduce new ideas, and continue developing your skills as a recruiter.
