Outbound Coordinator

For an international company based in Eindhoven, we are looking for an experienced Outbound Coordinator to strengthen the logistics and supply chain team.

The company operates in an international environment and works with customers and partners across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound logistics activities and ensuring that customer shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.

This is a full-time position based in Eindhoven, with an initial assignment of 2 to 3 months.

As an Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of outbound shipments and related logistics processes. You will work closely with Sales teams, warehouses, customers across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound logistics activities, including shipment planning, order line verification and delivery tracking
• Collaborate with Sales teams across Europe to plan, coordinate and arrange customer shipments
• Work closely with warehouses and carriers to ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule, according to planned time slots and required quantities
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate delivery updates to internal stakeholders and customers
• Support the RMA Team Lead with return material authorization (RMA) processes and related activities
• Accurately execute ERP transactions related to receiving, shipping, inventory movements and material transfers
• Ensure data integrity and operational accuracy across logistics and supply chain processes
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a proactive and structured manner

Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00

Location: Eindhoven

Assignment duration: 2-3 months

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain position
• Hands-on experience with Oracle systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude

• Salary: €3200 - €3900 monthly
• Flexible payment schedule - weekly or every 4 weeks (your choice)
• Holiday allowance (in addition to regular salary)
• Travel allowance
• Possibility of a direct contract with the company
