As a Business Process Engineer, you play a key role in improving the way our organisation works. This position exists to ensure that business processes, systems, and users are aligned, enabling our global operations to run efficiently and consistently. Due to continued growth and increasing system complexity, we are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between operations, users, and technology.
In this role, you will support and train key users across multiple locations on business systems, including ISAH. You will develop training materials, answer day-to-day questions, and help colleagues work effectively within established processes. When issues arise, you are able to analyse the situation, identify the root cause, and coordinate an appropriate solution.
Alongside user support, a significant part of your work focuses on continuous improvement. You will work closely with operational departments to identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows, and improve system utilisation. Success in this role means helping teams work smarter, ensuring process consistency, and turning improvement ideas into practical, sustainable solutions.
Your Responsibilities- Provide training, coaching, and support to key users on ISAH and other business systems.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and user documentation.
- Monitor adherence to agreed processes, standards, and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve operational and system-related issues to minimise business disruption.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
- Lead and facilitate improvement initiatives across operational departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and support organisational development.
You will be part of the BPM & IT team, a group focused on improving, standardising, and automating business processes across our international organisation. The team combines process expertise, system knowledge, and a practical understanding of day-to-day operations.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from production, supply chain, engineering, customer support, and local management teams. You will also work with key users across different sites, helping them make the most of the systems and processes available to them.
The culture within the team is collaborative and hands-on. People are willing to support one another, share knowledge, and challenge existing ways of working when improvements can be made. New colleagues are given the freedom to contribute ideas, while also being encouraged to spend time understanding the business before changing processes.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, and you like seeing your improvements make a visible impact on daily operations, we would be happy to tell you more about the role. Feel free to apply or reach out for an informal conversation.
