Talent Acquisition Specialist Technology

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talent for our Technology organization (CTO). You are responsible for recruiting both graduates as well as experts across software engineering, data, cloud, and other technology domains. In this role, you work closely with hiring managers to connect the best candidates with Exact and directly contribute to the growth, innovation, and technological ambitions of our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Technology organization, you focus on attracting junior, mid-level, and senior professionals, including Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Architects, Data & AI Specialists, and Cloud Experts. You understand what differentiates top talent in these fields and can advise hiring managers on labor market trends, competition, and effective recruitment strategies. You build strong relationships with both candidates and business stakeholders and know how to excite professionals about the challenges and growth opportunities available at Exact. At the same time, you combine a proactive sourcing approach with an outstanding candidate experience.

You will be part of a diverse international Talent Acquisition team of 12 recruiters, bringing together a strong mix of experience, backgrounds, and expertise. Together, you continuously work on improving recruitment, employer branding and the quality of talent joining Exact. What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from attracting and sourcing talent to successfully hiring candidates.
• Advise the management team on recruitment strategies, market developments, and hiring progress.
• Represent Exact as an employer at educational institutions, student associations and other relevant networks.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen our employer value proposition.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely administration of recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects that contribute to an excellent candidate experience and hiring manager experience.

You're a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership and a clear focus on delivering results. In addition, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within an international organization, as well as with educational institutions and student associations.
• The ability to think strategically while acting pragmatically with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language is considered a strong advantage. In this role your focus is on the Dutch market and relevant experience within this market is essential.
• A valid Dutch work permit is required.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant recruitment channels is considered a plus.
