As a Software Engineer, you will join a diverse and proactive team responsible for developing and enhancing internal processes and solutions across Exact. You will work closely with a wide range ofteams throughout the organisation, collaborating to deliver impactful projects and drive continuous improvement.From day one, you will contribute to meaningful projects while receiving the guidance, support, and mentorship needed to accelerate your development as a software engineer.

You will work with modern technologies alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about
building scalable and reliable infrastructure.

Your day in the Development Automation team will include:- Maintaining and improving our infrastructure.
- Building secure, scalable, and maintainable tools that support our engineering processes.
- Collaborating closely with development teams across the organisation.
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to engineering best practices and SSDLC
- initiatives.
- Discussing, developing, and implementing new ideas.
- Learning how to build software in a security-focused, cloud-native environment.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes, platforms, and
- products
We're looking for curious and ambitious graduates who are passionate about technology and eager

To be successful in this role, you'll have:- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in software development, cloud technologies, and automation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop your skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to take ownership of your work.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you'll receive:
- A flexible contract of 32-40 hours per week.
- Hybrid working arrangements with a mix of office and home-based work.
