Senior Electronics Engineer
Are you ready to shape the future of deep-tech and microelectronics? Randstad Professional is looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer for TNO at Holst Centre in Eindhoven. In this role, you will work on ground-breaking printed and hybrid electronics, such as the PillarWave™ ultrasound technology.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between materials science, process technology, and microelectronics. Together with international industrial partners and a multidisciplinary team, you will turn innovative concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions. Furthermore, you will play an active role in the upcoming spin-off launch for PillarWave™ over the next 12 months.
Your main tasks include:
- Developing and optimizing custom electronic solutions and quality control procedures for PillarWave™.
- Integrating printed functionalities with components like chips, piezo materials, and LEDs while preserving flexibility.
- Designing equipment, tooling, and manufacturing infrastructure to solve complex upscaling challenges.
- Taking technical ownership in collaborative international projects with industry and research partners.
You are successful if:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in microelectronics development or manufacturing environments.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You have proven experience in analyzing, processing, and interpreting experimental data.
