Teamleader Logistics

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Teamleader who knows how to motivate a team and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 20 warehouse operators. You will play a key role in ensuring that operational targets are met, processes run efficiently, and employees feel supported in their work. You will work closely with fellow Teamleaders and report directly to the Shift Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with systems, reports, and performance data.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to changing priorities.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead by example.
  A hands-on attitude and a genuine interest in teamwork and continuous improvement.

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838, with potential growth up to approximately €4,580, depending on experience and development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 20 warehouse operators.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and ensure that productivity and performance targets are achieved.
• Coordinate activities with fellow Teamleaders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment.
• Conduct employee conversations regarding performance, absence, development, and career progression.
• Manage staff planning, working hours, and attendance registration.
• Monitor team performance and identify training and development needs.
• Ensure that employees follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Support the Shift Manager in achieving operational objectives and meeting customer expectations.
