Teamleader Cleaning Schijndel

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within production, logistics, cleaning, or cleanroom environments
• Experience with workforce planning and coordinating daily operational activities
• Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work in accordance with strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation

Within our Cleaning department, we ensure that high-value components meet the strict cleanliness standards required by customers in the high-tech industry. As Team Lead Cleaning, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the department and lead a team of approximately 15 to 25 employees.

You ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You'll spend much of your time on the work floor, supporting employees, monitoring performance, and addressing operational challenges when they arise.

Together with planners, quality specialists, fellow Team Leads, and the Team Manager, you keep the operation running smoothly while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 to 25 employees
• Monitor quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity standards
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure planning targets are met
• Conduct daily stand-ups, shift handovers, and team meetings
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee development
• Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles

You will join a team of cleaning operators responsible for processing high-value components for customers in the high-tech industry.

As Team Lead, you work closely with the Team Manager, fellow Team Leads, planners, and colleagues from Quality and Operations. Communication is direct, collaboration is practical, and improvements are implemented together.
