Metal Production Worker

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Metal Production Worker to join a professional metalworking company in Nuenen, the Netherlands. This position offers an opportunity to work in an international production environment alongside colleagues from different backgrounds.

The ideal candidate is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks in a metal production facility. Previous experience in metalworking or industrial production may be beneficial.

Salary: €600 net per week
Accommodation: Single room provided in Vaarle, Nuenen
Distance to work: Approximately 12 km
Working environment: Metal production facility with a multicultural team, including Polish and Portuguese colleagues.

• Operate a bearing press as part of the metal production process.

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Ensure components are processed correctly and carefully.

• Sort, organise, and arrange metal components according to production requirements.

• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.

• Keep the production area organised and efficient.

• Remove metal shavings and production waste from designated areas.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Follow workplace housekeeping and safety procedures.

• Assist with general production activities and daily operational tasks.

• Work closely with colleagues to meet production targets.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and production team leaders.

• Check components for visible defects when required.

• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.

• Report any production issues or unsafe situations to the supervisor.
