• MBO-level work and thinking ability.
• Experience in a logistics or operational environment.
• Practical experience with internal transport equipment.
• A valid reach truck and/or forklift certificate.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Good knowledge of English and Dutch.
• Experience delivering training is an advantage.

As an ITM Trainer, you are the specialist in internal transport equipment. You train and guide employees in using reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet trucks (EPTs), and order-picking trucks (OPTs) safely and efficiently. Together with Team Leaders and Operations, you help create a safe working environment and continuously improve processes.

• Delivering practical ITM training sessions.
• Coaching, guiding, and assessing employees.
• Conducting and recording skills assessments and certifications.
• Identifying safety risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contributing to a strong safety and quality culture.
