As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will act as the key point of contact between customers, logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams while working in a fast-paced international environment.
Description
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process and monitor customer orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in Salesforce.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives and customer service excellence.
- Ensure service levels and customer expectations are consistently met.
Profile
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, or Order Management.
- Experience working with Salesforce is required.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within an international, logistics, supply chain, or trading environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a pré.
