As a production worker, you are quality-oriented and work very accurately. You are curious and always remain positive, even when the pace is high. Because you are flexible and like to work according to clear protocols, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As a production worker, you must meet the following requirements:

• You speak English or Dutch
• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in Leiden
• You are available to work from Monday to Sunday
• You are available to work in two shifts between 07:00 and 23:30
• You have a completed MBO-2 technical degree or relevant production experience
• You are physically able to perform standing and light manual work

As a production worker, you assist the operators in their daily tasks, and together you monitor quality and safety within production. We currently are looking for the Downstream Processing department. We will gladly explain what they do in this department during the intake.

You work in a cleanroom (GMP environment), so working cleanly and accurately is truly a second nature to you. We keep things moving with two shifts: from 07:00 - 15:30 and from 15:00 - 23:30. Curious about the details? Check below to see what an average workday looks like:

• Keeping documentation up to date and recording activities.
• Supporting operators in production activities.
• Preparing equipment and work areas.
• Managing and improving processes in the areas of safety, quality, sustainability, and cost savings.
• Delivering the required materials to the departments.
