Food Production Worker

As a food production worker, you will handle fresh blueberries in a chilled production environment. You sort, inspect, and pack the product to ensure only the highest quality leaves the facility. You work closely with colleagues and keep your workspace clean and hygienic.

Your day starts in either an early or late shift. The early shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with possible overtime until 3:30 PM. The late shift starts between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and continues until production and cleaning are finished. Flexibility in end times is important due to workload and production volumes.

You pay close attention to the quality of the berries, remove products that do not meet standards, and strictly follow hygiene protocols. If you enjoy precise, physical work with food, this is the job for you! There are also opportunities to grow in your role and salary within the company.

You will work at a large, modern producer of fresh foods in the Venlo area. The team consists of motivated people who work together to deliver a high-quality end product. You work in a clean, chilled, and professional environment where hygiene and teamwork are key.

• You are motivated and able to do physical work
• You work accurately, even at a fast pace
• You can communicate in either Dutch or English
• You can work in a chilled production environment
• You follow strict hygiene rules
• You do not wear jewelry, artificial nails, or other non-permitted items while working
• Experience in production is a plus
• Speaking Polish is a plus

• Starting salary of €14.99 gross per hour
• Full-time work (38 hours per week)
