For JD Logistics, we are looking for a Delivery Operations Team Lead to oversee daily activities within the delivery station and support operational excellence across the site. In this position, you will act as a key link between the operational team and management, ensuring that packages move through the station safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, monitoring team performance, and maintaining high operational standards while working closely with multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily delivery station activities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational teams.
• Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Assign tasks and ensure resources are deployed effectively.
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Address operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support employee onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development.
• Work closely with transportation, customer support, and warehouse teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Working Hours:
Flexible availability between 06:00 and 22:30.
Weekend availability when business needs require it.
