About You:

• You are an experienced and hands-on supervisor who knows how to motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best.
• You have excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English.
• You thrive in a diverse and professional environment and can create a positive and inspiring workplace for your team and guests.

Responsibilities:

• You will work alongside your team to provide exceptional housekeeping services that exceed guest expectations.
• You will manage and train your team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners.
• You will assist in monitoring and handling guest complaints, with proactive planning to increase guest satisfaction scores.
• You will check reservations and pre-block rooms to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded upon arrival.
• You will ensure that the housekeeping team provides a professional and friendly service for all guests.
