• Understanding the current advertisers’ user acquisition needs and providing a mutual goal service using your and the team's industry expertise
• Adapt to the today's market with the current advertisers making sure overall results continue to improve
• Attract new advertisers in the current verticals and new ones
• Proactively building and growing a sales pipeline through phone calls, emails, meetings and industry events
• Manage current and new campaigns with overflow
• Work with the publisher managers to increase revenue and achieve bigger goals together 
• Think outside the box, everything is possible

Gevraagd

• Experience in digital advertising, including existing advertisers is an advantage
• A minimum of 3 + years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics
• Some knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology is an advantage
• Some technical understanding of ad operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, international and innovative environment
• Result driven and a strong ambition to succeed
• Fluent in English
• Strong book of business is a big plus!
• Experience with Everflow is a big Plus!
• Based in or willing to move to Amsterdam
