Are you a go-getter? Do you want to be responsible for our events that are sold out in less than 2 hours? Are you not afraid to talk in front of a group? And want to build on growing the fastest-growing career platform in finance?

Then we are searching for you!

Responsibilities:
1) Manage all communication with external clients and suppliers for our events, including universities, catering, photographers, etc.
2) Make phone calls and emails to all stakeholders involved in an event.
3) Serve as the main contact during our events.
4) Verify and draft quotes and agreements with stakeholders.
5) Act as the logistics focal point during our events.
6) Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the visibility of our events on our social media platforms.
7) During our big events (Career & Network Event and Networking Dinner) working hours can be later than 18:00.
8) Presentations and events at universities will be your responsibility, so you should feel comfortable presenting in front of a group.

Who are you?:
1) You're fluent in English.
2) You have a positive, can-do attitude towards working within a team.
3) You're highly organised and with a high level of attention to detail.
4) You're a multi-tasker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
5) You have a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently.
6) An extroverted personality who is comfortable with public speaking.
7) Open to all study backgrounds, interest in finance preferred.
