As a Contingent Workforce Specialist you will collaborate globally with various teams, manage queries, and ensure compliance with global contingent worker legislation. You will serve as primary contact contact for Managed Service Provider, support program initiatives, assist in efficient and compliant worker onboarding, all while developing your skills in a dynamic supportive environment.

Description

As Contingent Workforce Specialist you will:

• Partner with businesses to advise, support, and educate on Contingent Workforce processes
• Work autonomously to provide guidance to the business
• Manage all queries and escalations related to the contingent labor program
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Procurement, HRBPs, and People Operations teams globally to resolve issues
• Support program-level initiatives
• Possess knowledge of and provide guidance on contingent worker legislation globally, particularly in the Netherlands & UK (e.g., IR35, DBA, AWR)
• Assist the business with onboarding workers efficiently and compliantly
• Continuously develop own knowledge and skills, staying updated on market developments and benchmarking activities externally to ensure best practices.

Gevraagd

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 3+ years of professional experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
* 2+ years of experience specifically in contingent workforce management
* Experience in vendor management and/or recruiting
* Strong customer service skills with a background in a growing environment
* Proven problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve goals
