We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to design, execute and easure the success of client engagement and community building programmes for the consultancy firm. The person will be directly in contact with the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the Amsterdam, Brussels & London offices.

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and Senior Marketing Coordinator on a 9 month contract. The ideal candidate will do the following:

• Helping build, nurture and maintain relationships with senior business communities;
• Designing and managing every aspect of events (incl. Strategic planning);
• Stakeholder management with senior experts;
• On the day support including registration, greeting clients/organisers as needed;
• Event tracking and analysis;
• Developing target client lists using CRM.

Job Offer

• Salary: 4.600 (gross based on 40 hours)
• Opportunity to work in a highly international environment;
• Temporary Assignment: 9 months;
• Full-time;
• Travel allowance.

Gevraagd

* +3 years experience in Marketing Coordinator role;
* Experience in corporate events and B2B marketing is a must;
* Per immediately - start ASAP;
* Experience in Microsoft Teams, Power Bi, CRM, Adobe Photoshop;
* Available to commute to the Amsterdam Zuid office - 3 times a week;
* Good communication skills, both written and oral in English and Dutch.
* No relocation possible.
