The Lending Tribe is part of ING’s Wholesale Banking Lending Organization.
Our strategic direction is that we build the future of Wholesale Banking for our customers and employees. We create a fast, seamless, personalized & Data-driven Digital Lending Xperience.
This position is for the Data Quality Expert of Data Offering & Readiness.
Your key responsibilities are:
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather their data governance requirements, to understand their data, their data needs and business context
• Work on the data governance strategy and roadmap
• Set requirements for data quality, data lineage and other relevant aspects for business terms and data assets
• Initiate data management improvements, set data quality, data issue remediation guidelines and standards based on global capabilities
• Implement data quality framework, policies and standards and monitor and control the data governance framework, policy and standards
• Guide and coach others in the field of data management, such as data stewards in the business domains, and encourages the organization to become ‘data minded’
• Define and report on indicators of performance and quality metrics
We are looking for talented professionals who:

• Broad knowledge and deep practical experience with data quality, data lineage, data security, data privacy, data lifecycle management, data issue remediation and other data-governance practices
• Deep knowledge of and expertise on data governance, quality frameworks, policies and standards
• Strong understanding of technology (IT architecture, programming languages and applications knowledge)
• A colleague with analytical skills who takes decisions based on data and facts.
• Strong resilience: your ability to navigate through ambiguity and simplify complexity.
• A pro-active, creative and an out-of-the box thinker
• An open and transparent communicator
• An energetic, motivating person who can work as part of a team but also independently. A colleague who displays all aspects of ING’s Orange behavior
You have a proven track record and technical skills in:
• A minimum 3- 5 + years of experience
• Proven experience or strong affinity with the ING Agile Way of Working.
• Proven experience in strategic projects with high impact.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill
