What are you going to do in this role?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We are a high-growth organization serving several different verticals across multiple brands and multiple countries/cities.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your focus will be to analyze and further develop the digital marketing strategies of The Ambitious Group to achieve its objectives. You will report directly to the CDO (Chief Digital Officer). Our ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats and has experience as a growth marketer and is very hands-on. You will have the opportunity to digitalize our marketing landscape from scratch, where the starting point will be to automate all our insights to build a marketing funnel. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as Google Analytics (GA4), social media, and other tracking platforms, to evaluate the performance on digital platforms and from the digital campaigns;
Tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, web traffic, social media engagement, click-through rates, website traffic, social media engagement, clicks, and other relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies;
Creating regular reports on the results of the campaigns and presenting them to different departments or management;
Using the data collected to identify areas of improvement in digital marketing campaigns and implement these improvements;
Market research and research of emerging trends;
SEO, SEM, and A/B Testing;
Analyzing and optimizing the social media presence of the company and monitoring interactions with the audience;
Defining and adjusting audience segmentation to customize messages for specific groups;
Working closely with other teams to effectively implement digital marketing strategies;
Evaluating Trends and New Technologies: Keeping abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing;
Managing the budget allocated to digital campaigns, ensuring the efficient use of resources;
Ensuring that the website provides a smooth and effective user experience on mobile and other devices;
Collecting and analyzing user comments and opinions to understand users' needs;
Using segmentation and personalization to customize the user experience based on their behavior and preferences.
