We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, with a 6 months contract to start with.

What does the role involve?

We are looking for (digital) marketeer with a passion for movement, a curiosity for our consumers, and a desire to build a culture of creativity, innovation and inspiration to reimagine the future of sport and serve our members personally at scale.

A marketer that is able to translate data insights into actionable consumer insights that influence how we plan and optimize our campaigns. Your passion is how the consumer navigates a modern digital marketplace, and how Nike serves new behaviours. We need you to be curious, open to interrogate your own as well as others plans in a constructive way, with always an eye on the KPIs we are accountable for delivering. You should have a magic touch when it comes to the art, but also a mind that ensures the science is applied in real life and real ways.

What will you be doing?

As the EMEA CDM Specialist Kids Digital, you will be responsible for the execution and coordination of the seasonal & annual marketing plans. Your focus will be on developing world class digital experiences for Kids (and their Empowering Adults) on our digital platforms. You must have a deep appreciation for digital best practices, embrace a consumer/member-first mindset and have strong digital and commercial acumen. You will be part of a larger team and collectively the focus is to drive personalised consumer & member journeys across the Nike Direct ecosystem to drive engagement & retention.

Further details of what you will be responsible for are:

  • Collaborate closely with the Kids Consumer Construct & CDM teams to plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Lifestyle.
  • In close collaboration with other NDDC and Marketing teams, manage our digital planning process and seasonal milestones.
  • Develop owned marketing initiatives to support the Kids’ and Parents’ experience and journeys on our digital ecosystem from brief to execution.
  • Support the gathering of continuous consumer insights to allow us to better serve our members & consumers.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns & Kids / fields of play destinations that will help plan our future campaigns better & educate the wider organization.
  • Championing our operational systems and be an evangelist on how to use these to other teams (Airtable, Omniture, Figma etc..)
