Functie omschrijving

Some of the Key Responsibilities are:

• Provide technical support for plant machinery;
• Champion continuous improvement and reliability;
• Eliminate waste and increase safety, quality, and value;
• Act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles;
• Preparation and execution of planned maintenance work orders, safely, in full and on time
• Analysis of deviations in machine- and/or (machine related) product specifications using break down analysis methods
• Responding to calls from Shift Supervisor and advice on repairs and prioritizing the urgency with plant supervisor 
• Carrying out preventive maintenance, including inspections, on all plant machinery as per preventive maintenance schedule
• Report findings for appropriate follow up
• Initiating and supporting continuous improvement to all processes to promote and maintain safety, quality and production output
• Training, coaching and instructing partners in routine preventive maintenance / autonomous maintenance

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Good salary between € 3.800 and € 4800,- gross per month (excluding shiftwork bonus of 25,68%)
• You will work in a 'relaxed 3 shift' system. This means that you only work the night shifts once every 6 weeks (instead of twice)

Arbeids voorwaarden

• Dutch Middelbaar Beroeps Onderwijs (MBO) level 4 in Mechatronics or Electrical engineering combined with relevant experience in mechanical engineering;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical service department, performing maintenance on production equipment, in a (food) manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of workorder and spare parts management with a computerized maintenance management system;
• VCA certificate;
• Sufficient skills and knowledge to be nominated as an electrical skilled person according NEN3140;
• Knowledge of mechanical drive technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, process control, PLC;
• Experience with analytical techniques for problem solving;
• Well-developed fine motor skills.

In addition to these must haves, you possess the following skills:

• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English;
• Team player;
• Standard Windows Software (Teams, Outlook);
• Solution driven;
• Proactive attitude;
• Attention to detail.
