Role Description
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for repair, maintenance, and documentation of pharmaceutical site equipment, supervising contractors, fixing breakdowns, supporting engineering guidelines and communicating across organizational levels, problem-solving, executing improvement projects, and participating as a project member.

Responsibilities
– Fix and maintain pharmaceutical equipment and facilities.
– Oversee the work done by contractors.
– Follow up on and permanently repair equipment breakdowns.
– Document all work I do according to regulations.
– Solve simple problems and analyze their root causes.
– Experience with improvement projects and getting them started.

Requirement
– Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or food industry, including work with cGMP or similarly regulated environments.
– Mandatory VCA-VOL certificate.
– Availability to work on shift.
