As the Tech Lead you are at the forefront of technological advancements, driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence. You are not just a leader; you are a mentor, guiding and empowering the team of developers to deliver top-notch solutions! Your days are filled with hands-on leadership, working directly with key stakeholders like co-founders and management. When challenges pop up, you tackle them head-on and find logical solutions to keep everything on track. You turn ideas into user-friendly features that make the platform stand out. Sounds like me, but what do I need?

You have a solid background, with at least eight years of experience in development, including leadership roles where you've managed IT projects and guided teams of developers. When it comes to coding, you are a Laravel legend, knowing the ins and outs of the system. And let's not forget about MySQL, Vue3, and Tailwind CSS, the same story! Besides, you are passionate about tech, you have that knack for making decisions and taking charge when needed. Communication is key! You chat with everyone, from the top management to clients, therefore you know how to bring people together to make things happen!
