As an Export Airfreight Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily airfreight activities of our export department.

Description

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily airfreight activities of the export department.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all export shipments.
• Communicating with customers to ensure all necessary documents and information are provided in a timely and complete manner.
• Coordinating with airlines, customs authorities, and other external parties to ensure all shipments are handled according to required procedures.
• Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the department and implementing process improvements where necessary.
• Managing, guiding, and motivating the export team.

Gevraagd

* MBO/HBO level of education, preferably in logistics or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in airfreight export.
* Preferably 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
* Knowledge of airfreight procedures and customs regulations.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
* A team player with leadership qualities.
