As a member of the Consuming Data Sets Monitoring team, you supply Credit Risk Modelling with the data they need to compile risk models. On one hand your duties will consist of technical aspects such as SAS/SQL and Python programming, performing Data Quality analyses and integrating datasets. On the other hand you’ll be working on documentation and using your communicative skills for stakeholder alignment. You also play an active role in the frequent team meetings where knowledge-sharing and transparency on progress is key.

In the dynamic environment in which you operate, you have the ability to get all stakeholders on board. You also have the following qualifications and skills:

• A Master’s degree, preferably a beta (STEM) study
• Experience in SAS, SQL and/or Python
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
• The ability to detail and challenge data requirements
• Interest in working with Finance and Risk data in a banking environment
• Knowledge of risk management in banking or financial institutions is a pre
• Experience (1 years) in working with data preferable within Finance & Risk is a pre

Traineeship via Finance Club 
For a whole year you will learn not only on the job but also through additional training sessions and courses facilitated entirely by the Finance Club. These include training sessions to further develop your substantive knowledge and also focus on soft skills development. Think of training in areas such as data, banking, planning and agenda management, stakeholder management and more. In consultation with you, our happy manager and your manager at ABN AMRO,we will tailor the optimal curriculum for you.

Salary: €3.750 per month
