HSE Employee

Are you an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional seeking an opportunity to make a difference in a unique and dynamic environment? Look no further! We have an exciting opening that might be just what you’re looking for.

Function

As part of a team, you’ll contribute to the construction of some of the most luxurious and high-quality superyachts in the world. As an HSE employee, you’ll be responsible for overseeing safety procedures and protocols. Your duties will include identifying safety trends, proposing improvements, and taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments to implement safety initiatives and provide expert guidance to management and employees on safety-related matters.

Requirements

• Several years of work experience in the field of HSE in a production environment.
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably with MVK or a comparable safety-related training.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Convincing and motivating personality, capable of drawing up reports and maintaining a helicopter view.
• Ability to come up with creative solutions within legal frameworks.
• Possession of a valid emergency response certificate / VCA or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexibility in working hours and locations.
