Your role

Experience

• Work experience in customer service/client facing positions
• Project Management: experience in managing business critical projects
• Consultancy: experience in consulting, advising corporations in realizing the business case of their software investments
• Service Delivery: experience in implementing, configuring and supporting software solutions

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, and technologies (i.e. Radio Frequency; Voice Picking;…)
• In-depth experience in SAP EWM and SAP Logistics configuration and integration with other modules
• Being EWM certified is a plus

Your profile

• Advise our customers in their warehouse and logistics business processes
• Analyze customer requirements, blueprint and configure the necessary SAP modules in EWM and other modules
• Write functional and technical specifications, test scripts and user manuals
• Help in pre-sales activities when requested
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the SAP EWM and Logistics modules, and share that knowledge with your colleagues
• Develop long-term relationships with your client portfolio, to ensure a win-win situation for client and company, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization
