Employment agency Manpower is looking for a full-time Supply Chain Planner for Sabic in Bergen op Zoom.

As a supply chain planner, your key responsibility is to execute the "planning run" while monitoring inventory levels and comparing them to inventory and order demand. You will perform the following working activities: 

• Managing inventory levels to targets (include aged & obsolete) and initiate actions when needed
• Planning and monitoring material movements between manufacturing sites
• Developing and coordinating Raw Material Plan to support scheduled Internal Outages
• Incorporating Vendor Outages into Raw Material Plan to maintain material availability
• Creating and implement standard operating procedures related to this role
• Representing Supply Chain in cross-functional teams and/or meetings

Gevraagd

• Bachelor-level degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or comparable 
• Preferably supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement experience
• Fluent in English (preferably, you also speak Dutch)
• A Dutch work permit valid for at least nine months, or you are an EU citizen
• Experience and system knowledge/affinity are highly valued
• Good knowledge of Excel

Having strong operational skills in planning processes is a bonus. Moreover, possessing sound knowledge of base chemical and compounding plants, and a clear understanding of interdependencies with other functions, is essential. Being able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment and taking responsibility for meeting business expectations are also key qualities for this position.
