Duties and responsibilities: ● Help ensure the optimal functioning of the department; ● Improving productivity and efficiency; Proposing changes with regard to the execution of activities, methods and working working methods with the aim of improving services and increasing internal and external customer satisfaction; ● Minimizing the number of errors; ● Reducing lead times; ● Communicating well and conducting consultations within and outside the department; ● Co-executing personnel policies and departmental planning; ● Accountable to the Supervisor; ● Taking over various tasks during leave and absence of the Supervisor; ● Proactively contributing to our continuous improvement methodology.
