The Company
Our client is a multinational healthcare company whose aim is to provide innovative medicines vaccines and animal health products globally.

Role Description
As a Scientific Technical Specialist centers on remediation and problem-solving within biological QC assays, data analysis, and optimizing and validating QC tests for antigen/vaccine batch release in QC laboratories.

Responsibilities
– Troubleshoot, enhance, and create tests for quality control testing.
– Help move tests to other places or quality control labs.
– Make plans, do tests, and check what happens.
– Write down what happens in the lab in a neat way, like in reports and rules.
– Show reports about science to people inside and outside the company.

Requirement
– A Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or a similar degree from HBO/HLO.
– Preferred at least 2 years of experience in performing biological tests, especially in fixing problems, checking, confirming, and moving tests.
– Knowledge on how to do lab tasks like ELISA, AlphaLISA, Luminex, purifying proteins, growing cells, measuring viruses, doing PCR, working with microorganisms, hemagglutination, and immunofluorescence.
– Knowledge on Minitab/Aera for data analysis is good.
– Follow GLP and GMP rules.
– Good in English written and speaking.
