Our client is  one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.

Role Description
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for provide expertise to the hiring managers in all aspects of the contingent resourcing process, will be responsible to facilitate the procurement of temporary and/or contract employees to meet a clients current workforce needs.

Responsibilities
-Full cycle recruitment for a variety of white- and blue-collar contingent positions.
– Provide a consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates on all aspects of the resourcing process.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
– Negotiate bill rates to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates.

 Requirements
– Recruitment background or equivalent, ideally within the contingent resourcing industry.
– Work experience in temporary labor, service level and/or customer service industry.
-Possess data entry, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Proven experience in creating and developing strategic relationships that promote positive client and employee engagement.
